Hi there,
I'm looking to sublet my 23m2 room in a 98m2 altbau apartment for minimum 3 months with the possibility to join the contract after.
The room is unfurnished and located on the 4th floor. It's bright and spacious and gets direct sunlight in the early afternoon til the evening. It has wooden flooring and will be freshly painted white
The kitchen is a decent size. There is a fridge and washing machine to use also.
The apartment is next to Böhmische platz. There is a beautiful community atmosphere to the area. A great spot to hang out in summertime. Lots of small cafe's/bars and few restaurants nearby.
Rewe, LIDL and Netto, among other supermarkets are within a 5 min walking distance.
S-bahn Sonnenalle and buses are 6 minute walk away.
You will be living with Florencia, an architect from Argentina and Emily a freelancer from New Zealand. Both work early so it's important you are not too loud at nighttime. The house is kept very clean so we are looking for someone who can maintain that.
Non smoking apartment except for the balcony.
Not a party WG.
