This room is facing the eastern southern side which means it's sunny till around 12:00 in the morning. It has a wooden floor and is being recently refurbished and painted and it's part of 3 rooms apartment.
The size of the room is about 20 and is on the street(It's pretty calm though and the street isn't the main street), you can have a look at the river from it.
The room might be furnished partially. We'll see what I can provide you with.
Das Zimmer ist richtung Ost und ein bischen nach Süd. Daher ist es sonnig bis ungefähr 12:00. Es hat Dielenboden und es wurde fresch geschlieffen und versiegelt. Es handlet sich um ungefähr 20qm Zimmer, welche genau an die Strasse ist(Tortzdem es ist sehr Kalm). Man kann den Kanal vom Fenster sehen.
Das Zimmer hat eine schwarzes Sofa und Tisch wie im Bilder.
The ends of Elsenstrasse, where Treptower Park and Neukölln meets at the Neuköllnischer canal. You can see the river from your window. There's a Supermarket in front of the building and busses just 3 minutes walking.
Sonnenalle Sbahn is 10 minutes away and Treptower Park s Bahn is 15 minutes away per foot.
It's handy though to move around with a bike.
End Elsenstrasee, wo Trepotow und Nkln sich treffen beim Neuköllnische Kanal. Gegenüber gibt es Nahkauf und die Büsse sind 3 Min sich entfernt. 10 - 15 Minuten bis zum S Bah Treptower / Sbhan Sonnenalle zur Fuß. Fahrrad ist sehr nutzbar für Verbindung hier auch.
