I am renting my amazing room from August to September.
The room is 15 m2 and fully furnished. Quiet and luminous.
The flat is approximately 100 m2. Locate din Neukölln next to Tempelhof (7min) and to the station Hermannstr (3min). There are 3 bedrooms, 1 open kitchen and living room, 1 bathroom with a bathtub and 1 toilet.
My flatmates are Dominique and Lucas. They are 27 and 28. They speak german, english and french. We have been living together for a bit more than 2 years. They are respectful, clean and fun. Dominique loves plants and music, Lucas enjoys playing basketball and music too! We enjoy spending time together in the living room watching movies on the beamer or cooking and having dinner together. As Tempelhof is just next to the flat, we also spend a lot of time there enjoying the sun and meeting with friends. Both Lucas and Dominique are working at the moment.
The rent is 500 euros all included. No Anmeldung possible.
