Room
Due to a travel purpose, a small room is available in a 2 and a half shared apartment with 55m2 for a month. The room is small and with a mattress and closet, it is only for sleeping.
We have a big sunny living room with a big window with a nice view. The living room is big enough for working and entertainment. We have a nice TV and a big kitchen with every necessary tool to cook and make nice coffee.
The kitchen is sunny and we put a table in it for breakfast and enjoy the sun.
The bathroom is with a shower bath.
We also have a big garden in the building where we and all the neighbors meet to eat and chit-chat together.
We have access to U7 with 4 minutes walk from our buildings, and U8 with 6 minutes walks from our buildings. We are 10 minutes walk from Hermann Platz and Sonnen Alle where there is a real cheap market with fresh vegetables and fruits.
The rent is 350 euros with the internet and electricity. This is really what I pay for the room, I do not make any business from it. I am just traveling and I do not want to pay the rent without using the room. I will take 100 euros for insurance.
