ich vermiete mein möbliertes Zimmer in Neukölln für Janur-Februar (01.01-.28.2.2021). Das Zimmer hat um die 25 m2 und einen Balkon. Das Zimmer ist Teil einer zwei Zimmer-Altbauwohnung ( insgesamt um die 70m2). Mein Mitbewohner Jonas wird im selben Zeitraum in dem anderen Zimmer wohnen. Die Wohnung ist LGBTQI freundlich. Kaution ist 150, und wird 1-3 Tage nach Auszug zurück überwiesen. Falls die Kaution zu hoch ist, und alles andere passt, kann ich da aber auch entgegenkommen.

I'm subletting my furnished room in Neukölln (Berlin) for january-February (01.01-28.02.2021). The room has approximately 25m2 and a balcony. The room is part of a two person flat. My roommate Jonas would live during the same time period in the other room of the flat. The flat is LGBTQI friendly. The deposit of 150 euro, will be transferred back 1-3 day after moving out. If the deposit of 150 euro is somehow to high, we can also negotiate another amount or find another solution, which works for us both.
