The room has 12,5 squaremeters and reaches to the backyard of the building.
It has a loft bed and is furnished. It's only part of the stuff you can see in the picture, as Maxi is taking her desk with her.
Even though the room is small, we have quite a big flat and you are welcome to hang out in the shared living room or kitchen.
What you need to know: the room is situated next to our bathroom as well as our bedroom and the walls aren't the thickest. That means: you shouldn't be a very light sleeper yourself and we'd also ask you not to be too loud after 8 pm.
The apartment is situated in a rather unagitated street. There is a vegan bistro on the street, but apart from that, it is rather a street that people live in. However, it is very close to a variety of bars and everything else you might need (movies, supermarkets, restaurants, indoor swimmingpool), public transport (2 minutes to the next busstop and 10 minutes walking distance to the U7). If you fancy a walk in the park - Tempelhofer Feld as well as Treptower Park are to be reached within a 20 minutes walking distance.

TABEA, 35, former Prop buyer for movies , but now a student again, bouldering addict, that loves to be out in the nature and hiking, interested in arts and movies ... mother of the 3-year-old Paula. PHILIPP, 38, Paulas father is a designer who builds furniture and shares the love for climbing and outdoor activities as well. He also is a pretty decent cook by the way.
KALLE, 37 is a physiotherapist, psychologist and a wine dealer of a popular wine bar in Berlin.(so he knows all the good bars etc) He has been a friend for many years. (But lately hasn't been home a lot as he works a lot and spends most of the time at his girlfriend's flat.)
As you can see, we are a family here and the flat is our home that we want to have as cozy as possible. It would be nice to find someone easygoing (and obviously willing to live with a child which means having no parties here and being aware of the fact that Paula wakes up rather early... and she might want to play with you ;).
You are welcome to share meals and time with us but everyone has his/her own life here, too.
We have a kind of a cleaning schedule, but you need to be aware of the fact that Paula tends to drop stuff, which she doesn't tend to pick up.
Generally we receive a lot of emails when we are looking for someone to sublet. Even though we'd love to, we may not have the time to reply to each of your mails, which we are very sorry about!
