Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und möbliert. Hell Farben und Holz.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5 Stockwerk. Es gibt ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer mit einer guten Arbeitsecke, ideal geeignt für Home Office. Es gibt auch noch ein durchgangszimmer was sich auch als büro eignen würde.
Die Küche ist auch relativ groß. Das bad hat ein gut Dusche und eine Badwanne.
Die Wohnung ist im Hinterhaus, also der Lärm von der Sonnenalle ist nicht bemerkbar :)
Die nächste U-bahn ist Rathaus Neukölln U7 ungefähr 10min zu Fuß.
Ich bin ein Architektin mit eignem büro und ich arbeite sehr viel, also bin ich tagesüber nicht zu Hause. Ich koche gerne Arbends. Im WG leben finde ich es wichtig das man auch mal zusammen ist. Ich bin kein großer fan vom kühlschrank aufteilen. Ich treffe mich gerne mit Freunden abends und mach auch gerne mal ein Dinner zuhause.
