Wir suchen für die nächsten drei Monate eine/n neue Mitbewohner/in, eventuell mit Aussicht auf Verlängerung. Das Zimmer ist teilmöbiliert, kann aber auch gerne leer übernommen werden. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein: um die Ecke sind zahlreiche Bars, Cafés, Restaurants, Spätis etc. Die U-Bahn Station Rathaus Neukölln ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Wir, Auss und Sebastian, studieren beziehungsweise haben gerade angefangen zu arbeiten.

We are looking for a sublet for the next three months, eventually even longer. Covid makes planing hard these days. The room comes furnished, but can also be rented without furniture. The location is perfect: On Weserstraße you´ll find many bars, restaurant etc. just around the corner. The train station Rathaus Neukölln ist just a few metres away.
You´ll be living with Auss and Sebastian. We are studying both 26 and currently on the transition from University to our first Jobs.
