Hallo
Ich suche eine neue Mitbewohnerin für meine helle Dachgeschosswohnung.
Das Zimmer ist hell und sehr ruhig, es hat zum Teil schräge Wände, ist nach
Nordosten ausgerichtet und bekommt am Morgen viel Sonne.
Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert.
Die große Küche ist voll ausgestattet und es gibt eine gemütliche Sitzecke.
Im Bad gibt es eine Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden.
Ich bin berufstätig und studiere gelegentlich nebenbei.
Ansonsten reise ich viel und habe einmal im Jahr in meinem Zimmer einen Untermieter.
Ich bin ein geselliger Typ aber brauche nicht immer ein WG-Leben, ich mache oft
mein eigenes Ding.
Die Miete beträgt 350 Euro im Monat inklusive aller Nebenkosten.
Bedingungen:
Du musst dich gelegentlich um meine Pflanzen kümmern.
Ich möchte die erste Miete und die Kaution (500 €) mit Abschluss des Mietvertrages.
