das Zimmer von 10.05. - 30.06. verfügbar - du könntest auch erst am 15.5. einziehen. Jedoch nicht später.
Das Zimmer möchte ich an eine Frau untervermieten, da an 3 Tagen in der Woche meine liebe Mitbewohnerin auch in der Wohnung sein wird.
Im besten Fall studierst du oder bist berufstätig.
WLAN ist vorhanden, man kann sehr gut von Zuhause aus arbeiten.
PS: Die Fotos sehen etwas dunkel aus - aber das Zimmer ist tagsüber schön hell und man hat einen schönen Ausblick in einen offenen weiten, begrünten Hof wo du nie Verkehr hörst, aber die Vögel zwitschern :) Wirklich ein sehr schönes und großes Zimmer.

I'm renting out my spacious bright room (it looks much nicer in real than on the photos!) from May 10th until June 30th.
You could also move in on May 15th, but not later than that.
I am only looking for a woman because on 3 days of the week you will be sharing the flat with my lovely room mate who is female as well and partly works from home during these days.
Please only apply if you can move in on May 10th and move out on June 7th. Other dates unfortunately are not possible (except if you wanted to move out beginning of June etc.).
As mentioned above, the room is very bright during the day - the photos look a bit dark, but you'll love it, the windows are facing a vast open green space and you never hear traffic but the birds :)

Die Wohnung ist nah an der Wildenbruchstraße und somit ist es nicht weit zum Kanal oder Rathaus Neukölln etc.
Das Wolf Café ist quasi schräg gegenüber. Eine schöne Ecke zum wohnen und arbeiten. Man kann auch wunderbar spazieren gehen oder joggen...man hat quasi alles was man braucht um die Ecke.
Wir sind eine 2er WG mit 2 Zimmern, einem Duschbad und gemütliche Küche.
Du hast den Luxus die Hälfte der Zeit allein in der Wohnung zu sein, da die andere Mitbewohnerin nur von Mittwoch-Samstag in der Wohnung ist.
Wir schätzen eine freundliche und offene Atmosphäre miteinander und setzen uns auch mal auf nen Kaffee zusammen in die Küche etc.
Die Gegend ist sehr schön und der Kanal fußläufig. Wunderbar für schöne Spaziergänge etc.
Auch die öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung ist super, sowohl Richtung Charlottenburg als auch Kreuzberg / Mitte.
