Hello everyone!! This is a BPOC queer flat looking for a BPOC queer person to live with us. We are looking for someone to live with us long term. We would like someone chill, respectful, and clean. It's a big flat so cleanliness is very important. The room is 10m² but there are common spaces where we hangout. There is 1 non binary people and 3 women. We do cook a lot and get along pretty well and want to keep that vibe. We are not vegan and hope you are ok with diverse types of food.
The rent is 303€ a month warm (including Internet, electric, and GEZ)
The deposit is 300€

The area has plenty of bars and restaurants to go and multple shops within 2-10 minute walk. If you like parks we are close to Hasenheide and Tempelhoferfeld.
The U8, M43, 166 are within 3 minutes from the flat.
We also live right above a cafe that has ice cream in the Summer!
We're a BPOC queer group looking for someone who fits in with our flat. We are in are 30s and have very different schedules. It isn't a big party flat but we do like to have dinners together when we can and wine lol. English and German are predominantly spoken in the flat but French and Hindi are there as well.
We do care about cleanliness and being responsible for taking care of your own mess. Since there a few of us and we do have some of visitors throughout the year as well. So when the spaces are clean it makes it easier for everyone to enjoy the spaces.
There are two bathrooms (one with a tub), a living room, dish washer, washing machine for clothes and two entrances.
We want to provide a safe and comfortable environment that you enjoy coming home to. We do respect your privacy and your space is your own.
