Auf dich wartet ein schönes großes, helles Zimmer, möbliert mit Sofa, Schrank und Bett, bei Bedarf können wir einen Schreibtisch besorgen. Das 21qm große Zimmer hat einen schönen Dielenboden und 2 große Fenster. Dazu kommen eine große Wohnküche, das modern geflieste Bad mit Badewanne und ein Gäste WC. Alles ist komplett ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Trockner, Handtüchern, Bettwäsche…
Die Deko im Schlafzimmer und einige der Möbel gehören meiner derzeitigen Mitbewohnerin und sind dann natürlich nicht mehr vorhanden.

You would have a nice, large, bright room, furnished with a designer sofa, wardrobe, and bed. If needed, I'm happy to organize a desk. The room itself is 21 square meters, we also share, a large kitchen, modern tiled bathroom with bathtub, and a guest toilet. Everything is fully equipped – including a washing machine, dryer, towels, bed linen ... The current decoration in the bedroom and some of the furniture belongs to my current roommate and won’t be included.
Die Wohnung liegt in Neukölln, an der Haltestelle Grenzallee und damit direkt am Ring und allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Das Tempelhofer Feld oder auch die Hasenheide erreicht man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.

The apartment is located in Neukölln, at the Grenzallee stop and is therefore not far from the Ring and all shops. The Tempelhofer Feld or the Hasenheide can be reached in a few minutes by bike.
