Hey,
I'm renting out a room in this lovely apartment. The room is vibey but it could do with some extra love. It has a double bed, shelves, desk, chairs, some plants. It also has a cosy sheltered balcony which is really handy if you're a smoker.
The room is available for 2 months initially with flexibility to extend as I want to make sure that I find the right fit for the WG. Bills are included in the rent.
The flat is chilled, with altbau ceilings, a nice sized kitchen with utilities, a cool living space. It's a great flat for entertaining or for doing art.

The WG would be a good balance. I enjoy being social, love a glass of wine or beer or whatever, love listening to music and DJing, and enjoy watching YouTube, or Netflix, or movies. But I also like time to work on music, projects, etc. However, I feel like this would come naturally with the right person :) I like to be pretty clean (not excessively) and I also understand that we all get in moods, so moodiness is welcomed.
Also, I live with a handsome little 12 month old pup called Dobby, who is as sweet as sugar.
Lastly, I have a projector in my room and I'm pretty easy going about it being used when i'm not around :)
