Hello, my name is Monica and I'm renting my room for three months from April 2021 to the end of June 2021.
The room is 14 sm with a big usable wardrobe and a really super comfortable double bed. From the room there is direct access to the balcony and the apartment have 35 sm living room and dining room available to be used by the people living in the apartment. There is as well of course a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with washmachine (bring you own towels). The apartment is a WG where Sara also lives. She has her own room. She is a filmmaker working mostly home. She is very quite and easy going. She is a really good friend of mine and she will be the reference point for you while I'm away. The apartment is in Rixdorf, Neukölln, 2 minutes walking from S-Bahn Sonnenalle and 1 minutes from the bus stop going directly to BER Airport. You can reach very quickly Treptower Park and Tempelhofer Feld with S-Bahn or even with the bicycle. The area is quite and plenty of supermarket, restaurants and coffe bar around.
The rent is 480 per month. Plus a deposit of 500 that you will have back once me or Sara have checked if everything is nor broken or damage in the apartment and once you get all the keys back to us.
No Anmeldung is possible. No couple, No pets, Non smoking apartment (only in the balcony), no parties.
