Lovely Room in a Lovely WG!

Hello potential roommate!

A room in our lovely flat is opening up from 1st of April or immediately for 260 Euros, Neukölln, near Leinestrasse Ubahn (it's as lucky as it sounds!). The room is bright, facing the Hinterhof, and is 16.3 square metres (4.80m x 3.40m). The room comes completely unfurnished, but we have a mattress you can of course use until you have yours!

No additional costs except sharing of toilet paper/cleaning products/salt/pepper.

There would be a trial period for all of us to see if our constellation fits - if it does, we are wanting someone longterm.
How: at the end of the 1st month living together, we can come together with tea and say how we feel; if we’d like to continue sharing the space as a trio. If for some reason it isn’t working, we all have 1 month after this destiny for searching again.

For our health reasons, if you smoke it would be in your room and keeping the door closed. We know this is not the most ideal situation for a smoker, but we wish our bodies didn’t react badly to it!

We would be happiest if you are/an ideal situation would be:
- Okay without registering / No Anmeldung
- A native German speaker
- English-speaking
- Queer
- Politically liberal
- Enjoy clear, honest, and open communication (you are happy to share and hear feelings about living together)
- Want to have a homely environment, but understand the need for space alone whenever you feel. We are relaxed in this - no pressure in the air.
- Are a neat, but not necessarily sparkling-clean kind of person. We have no cleaning schedule; we naturally maintain and keep the flat clean together.

And NO compromise on racism, xenophobia, transphobia, sexism, etc...

Hallo! I’m Hana, currently studying Film Studies, enjoying documentaries, photography, poetry and sewing clothes from old fabrics. Always excited and hungry to practice my German and to learn more about what’s happening in this society, politics and culture. On a daily basis in these pandemic times I prefer the house to be rather calm (for a good sleep and focus on work) but also love to listen, share and celebrate.:)

Heya :) I'm Jasper - they/them. I speak English, quite a lot of Portuguese/French, and ein biiiisschen in German - for now! I’m a visual artist in photography, videography, and make my own music. Home for me is a time to unwind from the wilderness of Berlin (like dodging cars and corona) so sometimes I won’t be too talkative, but I’m open, honest, and warm. Being non-binary, I would love to live with another queer person cause it’s likely we'd get each other’s energy on that level and I know how difficult it is to find a safe space.
