The apartment is located between S-Bahn Station Neukölln and Grenzallee. Grocery stores, public transport and Spätis are close by. The idyllic Körnerpark and vibrant Böhmische Platz or Richardplatz are a 10 min walk away. Also Tempelhofes Feld is easy to reach.
Nina is 32 years old and a primary school teacher. She loves cooking (preferably vegan curry) and is into indoor workout lately. Rudi is her 10 years old cat and he loves human company, so it’s a good thing if you’re a cat person and willing to feed Rudi occasionally :) living together with these 2 has always been relaxed, respectful and full of joy!
We offer temporary rent to 6 months with the option of staying long term afterwards :)
Earliest date to move in could be mid May, latest end of July.
