This is a cozy and spacious room, with a quite and courtyard facing window. You will have your own en-suite bathroom with your own shower and toilet.
Dein Zimmer ist gemütlich und luftig mit einem Fenster in den ruhigen Hinterhof. Du wirst dein eigenes kleines Bad mit deiner eigenen Dusche und Toilette von deinem Zimmer abgehend haben.
Just a stone’s throw away from U7 &U8 close to Neukölln Rathaus and Neukölln Arkaden. Supermarkets are equally close. However we live in quite side street with lots of sun and just 10 min walk to either the Kanal, the Tempelhofer Feld or Thomashöhe.
Nicht mal eine Minute Fußweg von der U8 & U7 entfernt , genauso wie vom Rathaus Neukölln oder den Neukölln Arkaden. Verschiedene Supermärkte sind gleichermaßen nah. Trotzdem ist unsere Seitenstraße ruhig und nur 10 Minuten zu entweder dem Kanal, Tempelhofer Feld oder der Thomashöhe.
You’ll be living with Agata and Alida. We often gather in our cozy living room (huge sofa!) or have late night talks and wine in the kitchen. We are hoping with the weather getting warmer to be able to chill on our big balcony.
Du wirst mit uns, Agata und Alida leben. Wir kommen oft auf unserem gemütlichen und riesigen Sofa zusammen oder quatschen und debattieren bei einigen Gläsern Wein bis spät in die Nacht in der Küche.
Sobald es ein bisschen wärmer wird hoffen wir auch unseren großen Balkon wieder einzuweihen.
DATES ARE FLEXIBLE WITHIN A DEGREE OF A FEW DAYS. Rent including utilities is 650€/month.
