Die zwei Zimmer sind insgesamt 35qm groß und sind ein Durchgangszimmer. Also perfekt für jemanden der viel Platz braucht. Sie sind beide sehr hell, es kommt den ganzen Tag Sonne rein. Das Fischgrätenparkett wurde neu abgeschliffen.
Die Wg befindet sich direkt an der Hermannstraße Ecke Boddinstraße. Das Tempelhofer Feld ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Ubahn ist quasi vor der Haustür.
Ich renoviere gerade die Wohnung. Es ist noch nicht alles ganz fertig aber ab Mitte Mai bezugsfertig.
Zu mir: ich studiere an der udk und der fu Kunst und Französisch und bin 24 Jahre alt. Ich Suche nach einer unkomplizierten Mitbewohnerin mit der man auch mal abhängen kann. Alles weitere kann man bei Bedarf besprechen. Schreibt mir einfach ne Mail mit eurer Nummer und ich melde mich.
