Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock eines wunderschönen Neubaus mitten in Neukölln. Obwohl wir gerade erst frisch eingezogen sind, sind die Wohnküche und Bäder fast vollständig eingerichtet. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Zugang zu einem der zwei großen Balkone und falls das nicht ausreicht, kann man sich auf die Gemeinschaftsdachterasse zurückziehen und einen unglaublichen Blick über Berlin genießen. Wasch- und Spülmaschine sowie ein Fahrradkeller sind vorhanden.
Our flat is located on the 1st floor of a beautiful new building in the middle of Neukölln. Although we have just moved in, the eat-in kitchen and bathrooms are almost completely furnished. Each room has access to one of the two large balconies and if that's not enough, you can retreat to the communal roof terrace and enjoy an incredible view over Berlin. Washing machine, dishwasher and a bicycle cellar are available.
S-und U-Bahn Station Hermannstraße liegen 5 Minuten fußläufig, das Tempelhofer Feld erreicht man in 10 Minuten. Um uns herum gibt es viele Cafés/Restaurants/Spätis, ein größeres Einkaufszentrum und mehrere Supermärkte. Falls man mal ins Grüne flüchten möchte, bietet sich der Körnerpark in unserer Nähe an.
S-Bahn and U-Bahn station Hermannstraße are 5 minutes away on foot, Tempelhofer Feld can be reached in 10 minutes. Around us, there are many cafés/restaurants/bars, a large shopping centre and several supermarkets. If you want to escape to the green, the are several parks (e.g. Körnerpark) close by.
Wir sind derzeit drei Studierende im Alter zwischen 20 und 23 Jahren. Die Wohnküche nutzen wir als Treffpunkt für einen Kaffee, zum Quatschen, Musikhören und Filmgucken. Abends sitzen wir auch gerne mal auf dem Balkon, trinken ein Bier und spielen was.
We are currently three students aged between 20 and 23. We use the kitchen as a meeting place for coffee, chatting, listening to music and watching films. Now and then, in the evenings, we like to sit on the balcony, drink a beer and play a game.
