Hello everyone! I am renting out two rooms in my newly renovated apartment in Neukölln. It's greatly located in Bornsdorferstr 37, which is super close to Tempelhofer Feld (10min), U-Bahn station Karl-Marx Str (2min), and dozens of great bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. A great neighborhood for young students.
The bigger room with the carpet is my room and will be sublet from August to January. The price will be 550€. The smaller room will be sublet permanently from September and will cost 530€. Energy costs and utilities are included in the prices. Anmeldung is possible in any case. The only requirement is that you are a matriculated student, as the apartment is located in a student dormitory.
