Hallo zusammen.
Wir haben in unserer 2-Zimmer Wohnung ab dem 15.06 bis zum 15.10 noch ein freies Zimmer. Es handelt sich um eine Hinterhaus Erdgeschosswohnung in Neukölln. Das zu vermietende Zimmer hat 22qm, liegt zum Innenhof und wird unmöbliert vermietet. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung 72qm. Küche, renoviertes Bad sowie sonstige Einrichtung sind vorhanden
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der Sonnenallee. Ringbahn (S41/S42) Haltestelle Sonnenallee ca. 10min zu Fuß. U7 Rathaus Neukölln ca. 7min zu Fuß. Haltestelle M41 direkt vor der Haustür. Für den täglichen Bedarf ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Cafés, Bars und Restaurants sind ebenfalls quasi vor der Haustür.
Zu uns: Ich heiße Moritz (27) studiere in Berlin im Master und bin daneben berufstätig. Meine Freizeit verbringe ich mit Ausflügen ins Berliner Umland, Joggen oder Lesen. Vorerst würdest du mit mir zusammen wohnen.
Jana (27) zieht erst ab Oktober nach Berlin und deshalb ist ihr Zimmer noch von Juni bis Mitte Oktober frei.
Eine Anmeldung wird möglich sein. Für den Vermieter wird eine Bonitätsauskunft etc. benötigt.
Schreibt doch einfach mal, was ihr in Berlin so macht und wie lange ihr vorhabt, das Zimmer zu mieten. Wir freuen uns über eure Nachrichten.
