Unser 3er WG suchen eine langzeitige Mitbewohnerin/Mitbewohner.
Es ist ein Wohnheim an studierendenWerk Berlin, deshalb musst du unbedingt in Berlin eingeschriebene Student/in sein.
Es ist eine Altbauwohnung. Dein Zimmer ist 12,15 m2 groß, großes Fenster mit Hinterhof und Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch und Stuhl sind da. Unser WG ist auch mit allem wichtiges ausgestattet, Küche aber ohne Spülmaschine ;) und Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Einige Kochsachen haben wir aber jeder für sich selber.

Our 3-person flat is looking for a long term roommate.
It is a student residency offered by studierendenWerk Berlin, so you must be a student enrolled at one of the colleges in berlin. The room available is 12,15 m2, furnished with bed, closet, desk and chair and has a big window to backyard.
Our flat is in an old building("Altbau"), and is also equipped with everything important in kitchen except for dishwasher ;) and a bathroom with bathtub. Some cooking utensils we have but as a rule, each for themselves - so you might need to buy some, but you can use what we have until you buy your owns.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe von Ringbahn S-Hermannstr. und U8-Hermannstr und U7-Grenzallee, zwar ganz praktisch überall hin und herkommen. Direkt am Bahnhof findet ein Einkaufcenter (mit dm, Rewe, Netto) und viel weiteres. In 3 min von der Wohnung gibts noch Lidl, Apotheke usw..

The flat is close to the Ringbahn S-Hermannstr. and U8-Hermannstr and U7-Grenzallee, so quite conveniently located. Right at the station is a shopping centre (with dm, Rewe, Netto) and more. Within 3 min from the flat is Lidl, pharmacy, etc.
Wir studieren an der TU und FU. Wir sind eher eine ruhige und nette Gemeinschaft. Wir quatschen und lachen gern in der Küche, Putzen machen wir zusammen. Wenn du allein in deinem Zimmer Zeit verbringen willst, zwingen wir dich nichts zu Gesellschaft. Wir sind also sozusagen halb Studentische-WG und halb Zweck-WG, aber in netter Art :)
In unser WG haben ein paar Wichtiges, um miteinander gut auszukommen.
- Wir lassen die Küche immer frisch lüften; Fenster bleibt kippen außer kaltem Wetter, die Tür zwischen Küche und Flur bleibt zu und Herd bleibt sauber. Nach dem Kochen ab und zu machen das Fenster auf, für frische Luft !
- Bitte, gib uns VORHER einen Bescheid, wenn du jemand einladen willst. Eine Mitbewohnerin nimmt sehr ungern, unbekannt fremdes einfach in der Wohnung umzuwandern und die/der zufälling zu treffen. Von daher Partys sind unmöglich in unser WG.
- Haustier und Rauchen sind unerwünscht.
Schreib bitte unbedingt in der E-mail, ob du damit einverstanden bist und an welcher Universität du studierst :)

The two of us currently living in the WG are studying at TU and FU respectively. We've developed a quite close friendship with each other over time, but with respect for each other's personal lives. We like to chat and have a good laugh in the kitchen at times, and regularly clean the house together. But if you want to spend time alone in your room, we don't insist that you keep us company. So this WG is somewhere between "Studentische-WG" and "Zweck-WG", so to speak, but with respect, kindness and friendliness.
Here are a few things that are important for us to get along well in the flat.
- We have the kitchen always freshly aired; window remains tilted except for cold days, door between kitchen and corridor remains closed and stove stays clean. After cooking, occasionally leave the window open for fresh air!
- Please let your roommates know BEFORE you plan to invite anyone. One of us finds it quite stressful to have a stranger in the house and run into him/her/them by chance. Therefore, parties are not an option in our flat.
- Pets and smoking are not allowed.
Please write us an e-mail (preferably in German:)) telling us if you agree with these and which university you are studying at, otherwise we would not reply to you. Looking forward to hearing from you <3
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 200 Euro inklusive Nebenkosten und WLAN. (Kaution : 363 Euro)
Es gibt keine Nachzahlung.
TV-Gebühren und 10 Euro für Wohnkasse sind extra.
Es kommt einmalig noch 450 Euro (300 Euro für Ausstattung der Küche und Badezimmer + 150 Euro für Möbel-übernehmen)

The monthly rent is 200 Euro including utilities and Wi-Fi (No additional pay, "Warmmiete") and the deposit is 363 Euro. The broadcasting contribution ("Rundfunkbeitrag") 17.5 Euro every three months and 10 Euro contribution every month to "WG-Kasse" are extra. (This money is used to buy stuff that we all use, like toilet paper and dish detergent.)
In addition, there is a one-time payment of 450 Euro (300 Euro for equipping the kitchen and bathroom + 150 Euro for taking over the furniture).
