Hello everyone, I am looking to rent out my furnished and spacious room from MONDAY TO FRIDAY only, as I need to use it on the weekends myself. Its close to Maybachufer, the appartment has everything you need.

da ich unter der Woche in Brandenburg arbeite suche ich für meine Wohnung in der Nähe des Maybachufers einen Mieter für Montag bis -Freitags.
Das Zimmer hat einen Balkon, eine sehr nette und entspannte Mitbewohnerin, eine neu renovierte Küche, in einem tollen Kiez in Berlin.
Über die Details sprechen wir uns am besten in Ruhe ab. Wichtig wäre mir eine gute Kommunikation. Die Wohnung wird möbliert vermietet. Das Bett befindet sich auf einer geräumigen Empore, so dass man einen Wohnbereich mit Beamer und einen eigenen Schlafbereich hat.

Im Reuterkiez, sehr nette Nachbarschaft, und eine ruhige Einbahnhstraße mit wenig Verkehr, das Maybachufer, Aldi, Lild und Edeka sind 250m entfernt. In der Straße gibt es ein kleines Kino, und nette Restaurants.
