Ich vermiete vom August bis zum November ein Zimmer mit toller Lage in der Schillerpromenade 24, Laufnähe zum Tempelhofer Feld.
Es ist eine 3 1/2 Zimmer Wohnung. Du würdest ein voll-mobiliertes Zimmer von Nathan mieten (er geht vom August bis November in ein Kloster und kommt dann wieder) für 550 € im Monat. Die Wohnung war vor kurzem noch eine 3er WG, aus dem leergewordeden Zimmer haben wir jedoch ein Wohnzimmer gemacht, welches wir für Wohnzimmerkonzerte, Gruppenmeditationen und Impro Abende nutzen.
!!ALTERNATIVE!! Weil ich teils nicht in Berlin sein werde, überlege ich das "leere" Wohnzimmer wieder in ein WG-Zimmer zu verwandeln. Das heißt das das Zimmer von Nathan vollmobiliert für 390 Euro verfügbar wäre, das zweite Zimmer für 320. Evt. wäre das eine Zimmer dann auch langfristig verfügbar. Schreib mir gerne ob beide oder welche der Optionen für dich passen würde.
Zu mir: ich bin Jakob, 25, und baue gerade ein/e Program / Schule zu Werte-Zentriertem Design auf https://human-systems.org/. Ich schließe im Oktober meine Ausbildung zum Körpertherapeuten ab und studiere Anthropologie (gerade auf Stop). Ich bin aufgeschlossen, herzlich, und verbringe meine Freizeit gerne mit Tanzen, Theater und an diversen kreativ-sozialen Projekten.

From August to November I am renting room(s) with a great location at Schillerpromenade 24, walking distance to Tempelhofer Feld.
It is a 3 1/2 room apartment. You would rent a fully furnished room from Nathan (he jets off to a monastery from August to November and then comes back) for 550 € a month. The apartment was recently a 3-person flat share, but we turned the empty room into a living room, which we use for living room concerts, group meditations and improv evenings.
!!ALTERNATIVE!! Because I will partly not be in Berlin, I am considering to convert the "empty" living room back into a flat share. That means that Nathan's room would be available fully furnished for 390€, the second "empty" room for 320€. The latter might be available long term. Write to me if both options work, or if one would be preferred. Because of the location and price I imagine that a lot of people will reach out, please be aware that I will not get back to everybody.
