In this calm and bright room you only hear the birds in the trees in front of the window :)
The room has high ceilings and is minimalistic but cosy equipped with a small desk for home office hours, a small chest of drawers, a 1,40 m bed and a clothes rail.
(There is a bigger chest of drawers in the hallway in case you need more space for your clothes).
Right in the heart of Neukölln! Plenty of cheap and good bars and restaurants are around the corner.
Public transports (subway & bus) are a 2 min. walk from the house and will take you quickly to Kreuzberg or Mitte. Lots of grocery shopping options (Rewe, Aldi, DM, organic...) nearby as well. Parks like Hasenheide, Treptower Park and Tempelhofer Feld are quickly reached by bike, or by walking even. (Tempelhofer Feld is the best place to welcome the spring vibe ahead!)
You will be living with two architect students (master) for that time. Niklas is 29, German, and Luna is 21, from the Netherlands – two very warmhearted, creative and respectful persons. They enjoy cooking and sharing a meal together, but you'll also have your own shelfs.
We are looking for someone respectful and open minded, who is aware of basic flat responsibilities like cleaning rotation. And someone to share a good laugh with :)
