I'm subletting my room because I will move elsewhere, but it's not clear yet at the moment how things will go in the future so for now the offer is for 3 months. If the arrangement would end (after that time), I would let you know 3 months in advance.
At first it will be fully furnished, after the first 3 months I will most likely come get all my furniture (from the room).
For the first 2 months you will live with Ritsuko, a sweet and aware Japanese girl who works full time as a nurse, after that her room will become available as well (unbefristet).
The room is mostly quiet, except for the sound of birds and playing children in the yard ^^
Cool in summer also.
The street is very quiet and the canal is closeby. Good for walks, running, chilling in the grass. More vibrant parts of Neukölln are closeby as well. S- and U-Bahn are somewhat further away (13 mins walking or 5 mins biking) but the bus connections are very good (M41 and 171 2-3 stops to Ringbahn station Sonnenallee).
It's a calm and relaxed home, we're used to doing our own thing and now and then we have a chat in the kitchen when we cross paths. Most important is respect for each other and the place (incl everything in it), cleaning up after yourself and open communication.
