Kurz was zu mir:
The apartment is a little more than 50 square meters and your room is about 20 square meters. You have the advantage to move into the room to the backyard, which means that you firstly do not hear the noise from the street and secondly have the balcony access. :) Your room will be furnished when you move in (wall unit, desk, bed, desk chair). My current roommate will be abroad for about 7 months. For that time you can use his furniture, but when he is back, he will most likely move his furniture into his new apartment and you will have to refurnish. (His personal things, partly visible on the pictures will of course not be there) The table and chairs are mine and will stay. The kitchen is relatively small, but fairly new and well furnished. Otherwise there is a small storage room for stuff besides my room and the bathroom. The stated costs include everything, except the broadcasting fee. In addition, there is a deduction of 200-300 euros for furniture, because I had to furnish everything with my current roommate.
The apartment is on the 5th floor and is directly at the U-Bhf Grenzalle, where the U7 runs. One stop further is the S-Bhf Neukölln from where you are well connected. It takes about 5 minutes to the heart of Neukölln, 15 minutes to Maibachufer and 20 minutes to Warschauer Straße. So the way to clubs / bars / restaurants is not far :) The apartment, however, is rather not in the scene part of Neukölln, which can be quite pleasant, because there you have a little more peace in the evening.
Briefly what about me:
I'm 22, living in the apartment for about half a year and study communications here in Berlin. My life is currently filled with university stuff, work and meeting friends. I'm active and like to do things, but sometimes I just need to close the door behind me and chill a bit by myself to recharge the batteries.
Since it is a 2 bedroom apartment and your room is the larger one as well as having balcony access, most of the WG life would take place in your room i.e. eating together, evenings with friends, etc. However, I am not someone who likes to impose and since the room is primarily yours before the function of the living room, you can always close the door if you want to be undisturbed. I imagine the roommate life as a relaxed together, so that we drink a coffee sometimes in the morning together, hang out sometimes in the evening when both have time and now and then joint activities take place. But I also think it's good when everyone has their own life apart from the shared life and no constraints arise.
