Liebe Wohnungssuchende,
das freiwerdende Zimmer ist klein, aber fein. Es liegt zum ruhigen Innenhof und wird möbliert vermietet. Es bleiben ein gemütliches Bett (mit Matratze und Bettwäsche), ein Schreibtisch, ein Stuhl und ein Kleiderschrank im Zimmer, sodass du eigentlich sofort einziehen kannst.
Unsere kürzlich renovierte, 65 m2 große Altbauwohnung verfügt über eine neuwertige, voll ausgestattete Küche sowie über ein Badezimmer mit Duschbadewanne und Waschmaschine. Funktional ist soweit alles vorhanden. Da man noch einiges aus der Wohnung rausholen kann, würden wir uns freuen, wenn du Lust hast, die Wohnung aktiv mitzugestalten, um zusammen ein gemeinsames Zuhause zu erschaffen. Das Highlight unserer Wohnung ist der wirklich große und schöne Balkon, auf dem wir gerne zusammensitzen und ein Bierchen oder Glas Wein/Sekt genießen. Außerdem lässt sich die Univorlesung oder das Home-Office an der frischen Luft deutlich besser ertragen ;)

The available room is small but excellent. It faces the quiet courtyard and will be rented furnished. A cozy bed (with mattress and bed linen), a desk, a chair and a wardrobe remain in the room, so you can actually move in immediately!
Our recently renovated 65 m2 flat in an old building has a fully equipped kitchen in mint condition and a bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a washing machine. Functionally everything essential is available. The flat has a lot of potential, so we would be glad if you would like to equip and accessorize it actively together with us, in order to create a common cozy home. The highlight of our flat is the truly big and nice balcony. We often sit there together in order to drink a beer or a glass of (sparkling) wine. Also your university lecture or home office can be done comfortably in the open air.
Die Lage ist einfach perfekt! S+U Hermannstraße ist in weniger als 5 Minuten zu erreichen und du kommst von dort aus mit der Ringbahn (S41 und S42), S45, S46, S47 und U8 für Berliner Verhältnisse überall super schnell hin. Außerdem ist auch S+U Neukölln fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar, von wo aus du die U7 bekommst. Ebenfalls fahren in wenigen Gehminuten zahlreiche Busse von verschiedenen Haltestellen.
Rewe, Netto, DM und viele weitere Geschäfte sind ebenfalls innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Darüber hinaus gibt es hier sehr viele gute und preiswerte Restaurants, leckere Falafel- und Dönerläden sowie schöne Cafés, Bars, Kneipen und Spätis.
Ein riesen Pluspunkt ist auch, dass der Körnerpark fast vor unserer Haustür liegt und das Tempelhofer Feld fußläufig in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen ist.

The location is just perfect! S+U Hermannstraße is accessible in less than 5 minutes and from there you can get everywhere super quickly for Berliner standards (S41, S42, S45, S46, S47 and U8). Furthermore S+U Neukölln (where you can catch the U7) is within a walking distance of 10 minutes and there are a lot of bus stops nearby.
Rewe, Netto, DM and many other shops are also accessible within 5 minutes. Moreover, there are plenty delicious and inexpensive restaurants, tasty falafel and döner kebab stores as well as lovely cafés, bars, pubs and open-late stores in our neighborhood.
An outstanding feature is also that Körnerpark is almost on our doorstep and Tempelhofer Feld is within a walking distance of less than 10 minutes.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind William (19) und Rasmus (22). William kommt aus Bratislava in der Slowakei und studiert Biophysik an der HU. Er macht die besten Quesadillas, ist immer für ein Bierchen auf dem Balkon zu haben und fährt gerne Fahrrad auf dem Tempelhofer Feld. Ich, Rasmus, studiere Sozialwissenschaften an der HU und arbeite dort am Lehrbereich für Empirische Sozialforschung. Ich bin Vegetarier, immer auf der Suche nach dem besten Falafel in Berlin, spiele gerne Basketball und bin jederzeit für Techno- oder Disco-Funk-Partys zu haben.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und möchten, dass das so bleibt. Wir sind beide sehr aufgeschlossen und tolerant und führen ein entspanntes Miteinander. Über gemeinsame Aktivitäten freuen wir uns sehr, gleichzeitig respektieren wir die Privatsphäre der anderen, wenn jemand mal etwas Ruhe braucht. Wir haben einen Putzplan und legen Wert auf eine angemessene Sauberkeit und Ordnung (vor allem in den Gemeinschaftsräumen).

Your future flatmates are William (19) and Rasmus (22). William is from Bratislava, Slovakia and studies biophysics at Humboldt-University. He makes the best quesadillas, is always down for a beer on our balcony and likes to go biking at Tempelhofer Feld. I (Rasmus) study social sciences at Humboldt-University and work there in the research department of empirical social research. I'm vegetarian, always on the scout for the best falafel in Berlin, I like to play basketball and I'm always down for techno or disco funk parties.
We are looking for a new flatmate, not only for the limited purpose of sharing a flat, but to socialize too. We are both very open-minded and tolerant and we have a relaxed coexistence. We are delighted about common activities, but also respect each other's privacy, if someone needs some rest. We have a cleaning roster and value a decent cleanliness and neatness (especially in the common spaces).
Eine Anmeldung ist möglich. Der monatliche Mietpreis von 480€ beinhaltet die Kaltmiete, die Heiz- und Wasserkosten, Internet und GEZ. Es kommen also keine weiteren Kosten dazu. Der Vermieter wünscht sich eine Mindestmietdauer von mindestens 6 Monaten und bevorzugt Studierende (ist aber keine notwendige Bedingung). Das Zimmer ist ab dem 1. September zu haben. A registration is possible. The monthly rental charge of 480€ includes the cold rent, heating, water, internet and the German TV license fee. There are no additional costs. The landlord wishes a minimum stay of at least 6 months and favors students (but this is not a necessary condition). You can move in on the 1st of September. Please write us a meaningful text about yourself and attach a social media profile, if you are interested in the room.
