Das Zimmer ist 25 m² groß, hat Holzdielen, zwei große Fenster und kostet mit allem drum und dran (Möbel, Internet, etc.) 510 € im Monat. Das Zimmer steht befristet im August und September zur Verfügung. Die Möblierung besteht aus einem 1,40er Bett, einer Holzkommode, Stuhl, Beistelltischchen und Lampe. Gerne stellen wir auch noch eine größere Pflanze zur Verfügung ;)
Die U8 Haltestelle Boddinstraße ist ca. 2 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. Zur Hasenheide läuft man ca. 3 Minuten, zum Tempelhofer Feld und Schillerkiez ca. 10 Minuten und zum Hermannplatz ca. 7 Minuten. Cafés, Bars, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Spätis ebenfalls fußläufig und zahlreich vorhanden.
Wir sind berufstätig (Lehramt und Stadtplanung), sitzen abends gerne mit leckerem Essen beisammen, leben ein achtsames miteinander und am Wochenende unternehmen wir gerne etwas (Freunde treffen, Fahrradtour, etc.).
