I am subletting my bright and spacious room in a shared flat for the period between 24.08 and 05.09.
The room is big, bright, with large windows. It is fully furnished, consisting of a bed, a large table for working, shelves and racks for clothes, etc...
The flat has been recently renovated, with high ceilings and beautiful wooden floors, a modern, well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, and bathtub. Any essentials in the apartment (kitchen equipment, washing machine, dish washer etc) will of course gladly be shared.
The flat is located between Karl Marx Strasse (U7) and S-Bahn Sonnenallee (Ringbahn), it is close to Richardplatz as well as Körnerpark, and the Canal. There are many supermarkets nearby, such as ReWe and Lidl, as well as many cafes, restaurants, bars.
The flat will be shared with two roommates.
