We are looking for multiple new roommates from the 1.10. on for our beautiful flat in the top two floors of the building. The apartment features nice big rooms and a large communal space on the top floor which serves as kitchen and living room connected to which is a rooftop terrace which is perfect to hangout outside. It also feature two bathrooms with showers and even a seperate bathtub. The rooms are either fully or partially furnished, all of them featuring a bed.
The Apartment is located in Donaukiez, one of the most lively neighborhoods in Neukölln and all of Berlin. There is a Späti right next to our house and multiple supermarkets in 3 minute walking distance. There is also many bars and some clubs to go out to nearby. For recreational purposes there is the Canal nearby as well as Görli Park and Tempelhofer Feld both within 15 minute walking distance. Multiple buses depart just across the street, but most likely you will use the U7 most frequently as it runs through U Rathaus Neukölln which is 2 min walking distance and connects to both the Ringbahn in the south and the U8 at Hermannplatz or other S-Bahn lines at Yorckstraße. So the trips by public transport tend to be quite quick by Berlin standards.
A year ago we were thrown together randomly as the first tennants of the apartment, but developed very strong bonds and created a tight-nit WG, which we really enjoyed. We would like to build on that and continue some sort of communal WG-life. Often we meet in the evening to decompress and just relax a bit. On the weekends we also like to do something, whether that is at night or during the day. We also have a flat next door with 6 more extremely nice people with whom we also hangout frequently.
