Ein helles, ruhiges Zimmer sucht nach jemandem, der es zu seinem gemütlichen Zuhause macht. Es liegt Richtung Südwesten und im 4.Stock und hat dadurch Nachmittagssonne. Die Wohnung ist im Hinterhaus gelegen und wunderschön saniert (Erstbezug) inklusive honigfarbenen Dielenboden.
Die Wohnung ist leider sehr teuer, deshalb kostet das Zimmer auch so viel. Es ist genau berechnet, ich lege auch gerne alle Kosten/Nebenkosten vor.
Das Einzugsdatum ist der erste Oktober und die Untermiete wäre erstmal 6 Monte mit Aussicht auf Verlängerung.

A bright, quiet room is looking for someone to make it their home. It is south-west facing and on the 4th floor --> has beautiful afternoon sun. The flat is located in the rear building and has been beautifully renovated (first occupancy) including honey-coloured floorboards.
Unfortunately, the flat is very expensive, which is why the room costs so much. It is calculated exactly, if wanted, I am also happy to provide all costs/incidental costs.
The move-in date is the first of October and the sublet would initially be 6 months with the possibility of an extension.

Am liebsten lern ich euch persönlich kennen und ihr mich!
Lebe erst seit ein paar Monaten in der Wohnung und hab's zu meinem Hobby gemacht, sie Stück für Stück zuhausiger und gemütlicher zu machen.
Bin ein fröhlicher Mensch und mags sehr, neue Menschen und ihre Lebensweisen kennenzulernen. Bin offen und respektvoll und ein Fan von guter Kommunikation. Ich habe eine große Vorliebe für orangenes Gemüse und kann 1A Kürbissuppen kochen. Bin leicht zu begeistern und freue mich sehr, euch und eure Hobbies/Ideen/Ansichten kennenzulernen.
Ich fänds schön, wenn wir zusammen chillen und offene Türen haben, aber ich brauche und liebe auch meine me-time ab und zu (wie fast jeder Mensch:)
Im Moment schreibe ich noch meine Masterarbeit & arbeite daneben.

I've only been living in the flat for a few months and have made it my hobby to make it more homely and cosy.
I'm a cheerful person and really enjoy getting to know new people and their ways of life. I am open and respectful and a fan of good communication. I have a great fondness for orange vegetables and can cook delicious pumpkin soups. Am easily inspired and am very excited to get to know you and your hobbies/ideas/views.
I would love it if we could chill together but I also need and love my me-time from time to time (like almost every human:)
At the moment I'm still writing my master's thesis and I work besides that.
