wir suchen eine entspannte Person für unsere 3er-WG als Zwischenmiete (unmöbliert).
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im Hochparterre, liegt dafür aber an einer ruhigen Straße und hat eine Terrasse, die für alle nutzbar ist. Prinzipiell ist die Wohnung nicht gerade riesig, aber sie ist sehr cozy und hat einfach eine super Lage. Dein Zimmer ist außerdem das hellste von allen.
· Die Zwischenmiete beginnt am Samstag, den 16.07. für 3-4 Wochen (die Daten sind nach hinten raus flexibel, darüber reden wir dann einfach am besten in Person).
· Das Zimmer ist 13qm groß und ist unmöbliert
· Die Miete beträgt 325€ pro Monat (schon Internet & alles inklusive 🌞 ).
· Für Interviews würden wir dich gerne in die WG einladen, Zeit haben wir am Montag Abend ab 21.15Uhr oder Dienstag ab späten Nachmittag, also wäre es klasse, wenn du auch an einem der Tage kannst.

we are looking for a nice person to join our 3 people flat (the room is unfurnished).
Our flat is on the mezzanine floor, but it is on a quiet street and has a terrace that can be used by everyone. The flat is not exactly huge, but it is very cozy and has a great location. Your room is also the brightest of all.
- Renting period starts on Saturday, 16.07. for 3-4 weeks (the dates are flexible towards the end, we'll just talk about it in person).
- The room is 13 sqm and is unfurnished.
- The rent is 325€ per month (already internet & everything included 🌞 ).
- For interviews we would like to invite you to the WG, we have time on Monday evening from 9.15pm or Tuesday from late afternoon, so it would be great if you can also on one of the days.
Die WG befindet sich im wunderschönen Richard-Kiez in Neukölln. Ein historisches Fleckchen mit verstreuten Bars und Cafes. Am Böhmi kann man gut ein Späti-Bier trinken und Tischtennis zocken – der Körnerpark ist auch direkt um die Ecke, sowie die Karl-Marx-Straße.
Zum S+U Bahn Station Neukölln sind es nur 5 min Fußweg. Ein Späti ist gegenüber, ein Penny direkt um die Ecke und Bio-Laden, Eurogida, Aldi, Kaufland und Lidl fußläufig erreichbar.

The flat share is located in the beautiful Richard-Kiez in Neukölln. A historic spot with scattered bars and cafes. At the Böhmi you can have a Späti beer and play table tennis - the Körnerpark is also just around the corner, as is Karl-Marx-Straße.
It's only a 5-minute walk to the Neukölln S+U train station. There is a Späti across the street, a Penny around the corner and organic food shops, Eurogida, Aldi, Kaufland and Lidl within walking distance.
Wir sind Gui (29) und Peter (27). Gui ist Fotograf und arbeitet ab und zu in Bars, ich habe Psychologie studiert, mache gerade Homeoffice und beginne bald mit meiner Promotion. Wir kennen uns schon ein paar Jahre und haben die WG Ende letzten Jahres gegründet.
Bei uns geht es prinzipiell entspannt und lustig zu, wir haben keine strengen Regeln, wir halten selbstständig Ordnung, kochen mal zusammen oder alleine. Zum Feierabend sitzen wir gern beim Bierchen zusammen und am Wochenende gehen wir durchaus mal feiern.

Our life here is relaxed and funny, we do not have strict rules, keep it tidy still, cook together or alone. After a workday we might have a beer together and on the weekends we do enjoy clubbing.
