I'm offering a 15m2 bright and quiet room in a shared flat from mid November 2021 until mid March. The room in part of recently renewed 60m2 apartment in Reuterkiez.
This spacious apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an old Berlin apartment building (Altbau) with wooden floors and high ceilings. It has a fitted kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom (facing a quiet internal courtyard), where you can see the sunrise.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with EVERYTHING you can possibly need: a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, fast wifi, bedding, towels, etc.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: NO PARTIES ALLOWED. THIS FLAT IS SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE ABLE TO RESPECT RULES AND NEIGHBORS LIVING NEXT DOOR.
Located in a calm street, full of trees, right in the division between Neukolln and Kreuzberg, just 3 min walk to the U-Bahn station (Hermannplatz - U7 and U8), there are several cafes, bars, and restaurants around, only 5 minutes walking from Kreuzberg. You can go to Alexanderplatz by subway Train in About 15 minutes.
There are 5 different supermarkets in 5 min walk from the apt, as well as 3 pharmacies.
You will be living with me - a 28 years old Brazilian guy working with digital innovation for sustainable agriculture in Berlin. I'm a call person who enjoys cooking, talking and travelling.
I'll be most part of the time travelling during the rental period, therefore you can expect to have the shared spaces most of the time entirely for you.
- The rent includes: all running costs, heating, electricity, gas, and internet
- Minimum lease term: 3 months
- Maximum lease term: until mid March.
- Smoking: not allowed inisde.
- Pets: not allowed
OBS: you will have the chance to rent my room to use as the living room during the period I'm off. Just let me know that I can inform how much will cost. Otherwise, the room will be closed during the period.
