Hi all,
I'm escaping Berlin for a bit so my room in a 3-person wg will be available from *Dec 10 to Jan 29 (may be flexible)*. This is a short-term sublet and anmeldung is thus not possible. The flat has a living room, which we all use as working space + yoga studio together, and two bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need from pots and pans to spices. You will be living with two nice and fun international flatmates.
The price is €500 a month and for the entire duration of a month and half, I'm asking for €800 and deposit of €400 just in case that I will give back to you as soon as I get back.
The flat is located in the beautiful Rixdorf area between S-Sonnenallee and S-Neukölln, with a good connection to both ring bahn and U7. The closest grocery store (penny) located 5 min walk away, a bigger one (kaufland) ~10 mins away. Also close to Bömischer Platz with ping pong tables + sunny place to chill.
Ideally I'm looking for someone that could water my plants regularly, get along with the flatmates (we're NOT a zweck wg), and are neat and clean (& others needed for co-living). We're all vegetarians (and semi-pescatarian) so we'd also prefer someone that does not really cook meat at home. Price is per month and we can calculate the total depending on your dates.
