Hallo,
meine Mitbewohnerin und ich suchen für Dezember und Januar eine Person, die bei uns einzieht. Wir bieten ein schönes großes Zimmer mit Balkon in einer geräumigen Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen zwischen den Sbahnhöfen Hermannstraße und Neukölln. Jeder Bewerber ist willkommen, wir haben keinerlei Präferenzen und freuen uns neue Menschen kennen zu lernen. Leider ist das Zimmer nicht möbliert wie auf den Fotos, es gibt aber ein Bett und die Möglichkeit eine Kleiderstange zu installieren. Für eventuelle Ausflüge zu Ikea besteht die Möglichkeit einen Transporter zu mieten und ich stehe immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.

my flatmate and I are looking for a flatmate for Dezember and January. We offer a beautiful, big room with balcony in a specious flat. The flat is located in Neukölln between the Sbahn Stations Hermannstraße and Neukölln. Every applicant is welcome, we don't have any preferences and are happy to meet new people. Unfortunately the room is not furbished like on the pictures, but it has a bed and the option to install a clothing rack. For trips to Ikea there is the option to rent a van and I'm always available to help out if needed.
