Du kriegst zwei Zimmer. Das erste Zimmer wird heute als Büro verwendet und ist etwas größer. Daneben ist ein kleineres Zimmer, in dem ich bisher gewohnt habe (8 m²), allerdings hat es zwei Emporen die das Zimmer deutlich größer machen. Ich muss leider Berlin verlassen aus gesundheitlichen Gründen in der Familie.
You will get two neighboring rooms in this flat. Our former office, plus the smaller neighboring room, where I used to live. The small one is 8m² only, but the elevated parts make it feel (and factually) bigger than that. I unfortunately need to leave Berlin due to unfortunate health circumstances in my family.
The flat is located in the heart of the popular Kiez Rixdorf/Richardkiez. It's less than 5 mins walk to Richardplatz and S-Bahn & U-Bahn Neukölln. A Penny is 2 mins away and the vegan grocery collective Dr. Pogo is 5 mins away.
We are looking for a new tenant for my rooms in our vegan 3-person shared apartment from mid-/end-December.
We would like a person who is also vegan and who values a sustainable lifestyle overall.
Your new roommates are Kathi (26) and Dominik (24). They are also professionally involved with the issues of animal welfare, but also music production.
We are not a purpose-built flat share, but like to do things together, as far as everyday work permits.
There is quite some furniture available that you could, but don't need to, take over. Further the apartment is located in a quiet street, but it is ground floor. That means if you're very sensitive to noise, it might be slightly too much.
