Zur Zwischenmiete für den August biete ich ein vollmöbliertes Zimmer.
Auf dem Foto ist das Bett nicht zu sehen (200x100 mit Schubladen)
Das Zimmer hat hohe Decken.
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist während August auch in Berlin, also ist eine Ansprechpartnerin da.
Die Daten sind eigentlich flexibel.
Sauberkeit ist super wichtig, da ich dir meine Sachen anvertraue.
In der Wohnung darf nicht geraucht werden. Das Zimmer hat einen kleinen Balkon.
Im Schillerkiez also nicht weit vom Tempelhoferfeld, sowie die U-Bahnstation Boddinstraße quasi vor der Tür.
In der Nähe gibt es einen riesigen Rewe, sowie einen Lidl und Biocompany.
Meine Mitbewohnerin arbeitet tagsüber und ist abends dann zuhause. Sie steht morgens früh auf und brauch dementsprechend Ruhe zuhause. Wir sind uns aber noch nie in die Quere gekommen.
Ich bin was die Daten angeht relativ flexibel, gerne einfach eine kleine Nachricht schreiben, in der du vielleicht erzählst, was du vorhast in Berlin und wann es dir am besten passen würde.
