are you looking for a sunny room in the heart of Neukoelln?
From February onwards for 6 months (until end of July) we have a super bright room available in our shared flat. It got parquet floor and is about 23-25 qm in size. The common area consists of a a big bathroom, a big kitchen, a storage room, a spacious entrance hall (yes, seriously) and way to many meters of corridor. - Long story short - plenty of space.
The Room comes with basic furniture: a double-mattress bed, desk, chair, sofa, table and cloth rack and wardrobe.
Next to Rathaus Neukölln. Everything you could ever need is close. Supermarkets, Bars, Clubs, cinema, U-Bahn station 2 minutes walk.
Supermarkets (Aldi & Rewe) are literally on the other side of the street which makes go shopping a task of not much more than a couple minutes.
Klunckerkranich and Keller club are just down the road 5 minutes and 3 York cinemas are also in walking distance of 5-15min.
Tempelhofer Feld (huge park) is part of my regular running course and 15min away as well.
First of all you should get to know some facts about me. I'am 30 and with a Master in Computer Science, working in the tech space and love to talk about technology.
I am very passioned about the digital world, web development and all the possibilities that comes from great technology.
WG-wise we are easy going and do believe empathy rather than strict rules, even there apply some :-)
We are currently Me myself, my girlfriend and a friend of mine living here.
We prefer somebody who is in a similar life stage already working, quiet, clean and cares about a harmonic flatshare and of course who has already experience living together with flatmates.
Internationals are welcome.
