Hello All:) I am subletting my lovely 26m room in a wonderful shared flat for 6 weeks. The bedroom overlooks a wonderful park (Thomashöhe) and has a super cozy balcony to enjoy privately. Comfortable bed (160 X 200) with clean mattress covers, charming reading space by the window, and a 2 meter wide desk for working with a monitor to hook up to a laptop or whatever you like. Some furniture to hang clothes and put books and belongings will be empty for you to use. Come spend the summer in our gorgeous and spacious home and meet your lovely and respectful roommates:)
In the flat lives:
Nikola (30 years - interior designer and wonderful cook:)
Spencer (33 years - documentary film maker who's sweeter than sugar)
Sabina (31 years - professional dancer and instructor and all around body expert and goofball)
The flat is vibrant and creative and young while being a very relaxing place to be and enjoy peace, quiet, and space.
*The price is 700 per month and the room is available for 6 weeks which I would ask 1000 euro for a 6 week stay:)

In front of the building is Thomashöhe park and behind the building is Körnerpark! 3 minutes to Karl Marx Strasse and Richardplatz, 5 minute walk to U7, 10 minute walk to U8, S41, S42, S45, S47. 10 minute walk to Tempelhof Airport Park + Schillerkiez.
2 bathrooms (+ bathtub and + separate shower) Kitchen is fully equipped and very spacious. Kitchen is about 18 m2, living room is about 28 m2, 1 large bathroom and 1 small bathroom. Laundry machine in the bathroom with stands for drying clothes. WiFi included throughout the house.
