The room is fashionably furnished, very clean and renovated. It has a bed (140x200), desktop, chairs, cupboard, shelves, light.
You'll get your own towels, linen, sheets, dishes etc. Floor is with laminate. Kitchen and bathroom are fully furnished and equipped as well. There is a washing machine, fridge, vacuum cleaner, laundry rack, big oven, microwave, cooker, dishes, pots, cutlery etc. in the flat. The apartment is equipped with everything that you need in daily life. Just move in and live. Enjoy the opportunities that Berlin has or concentrate on your studies instead of furnishing and renovating your flat.
A highspeed INTERNET - WiFi connection is also included in the rent.
The flat is located at Ederstraße in Berlin-Neukölln. Neukölln is the most wanted living area for young people, students, internationals etc. at the moment. The flat is just around the corner from Weserstraße where you will find lots of bars with live music but also electronical. You will find little underground clubs with amazing club nights but also nice cafés to
sit down and chat or read as well as international restaurants with cheap but delicious food. If you prefer a peaceful walk at the water it is 200m away from the flat (Kiehlufer). Cultural attractions such as Heimathafen Neukoelln (a nice theatre) you will reach within a walking distance.
Also the attractions of Kreuzberg are just a hop away and easily reachable.
The public transport is pretty good as you can choose between the S-Bahn S Sonnenallee (1 min walk) which is the circle line that brings your everywhere around the city or the buses around the corner (1 min walk). M41 for example brings you directly to Potsdamer Platz or Herrmannplatz.
There is a huge supermarket just on the opposite side of the street which is open 7-22h and a bakery with the same opening hours.
The whole flat is for four people and is rented mainly to students and trainees.
The easy going flatmates are Leah (German), employed, Polina (22, film animation student and employed), and Irina (24) from Ukraine (employed)
Attention - the pictures were taken by the landlord after renovation. Now the apartment looks a bid more run down :).
