The room is 22qm, has very high ceilings and a wooden floor. It comes furnished with a comfortable bed, a desk, a sofa, enough space for your stuff and a few plants :) I've been writing my thesis here, there's plenty of peace and privacy to feel comfortable.
The kitchen is completely new and well equipped, a lot of space too cook. Also got a dishwasher and washing machine. We have a dining table and sofa in the kitchen where you can also hang out. The bathroom has just been renovated and has a bath tub.
P.S. My flatmate will be away from 27. Dec till 27. Jan, so you'd be staying in his room ( Zimmer 2) first then move into my room for the rest of the period :)
The flat is located in Neukölln in Elbestraße, directly next to the canal. Supermarkets and transport are in walking distance and nice cafes and bars are just around the corner. If you go down the road to Weserstraße you find lots of food places, cafes and bars. Treptower Park, Hasenheid and Görlitzer Park are not far either! My favourite Yoga Studio is also close :)
We are looking for someone responsible and clean to stay in my room for three months. I'm flexible with the dates as I am still planning my trip.
My flatmate and I are both going away. He from 27the December till 27th January and me from 27th January till 10th March. We would first rent out hir room and then mine, so a little move would be involved :)
For the most part you would live with my very good friend Paul (german, but also speaks english and spanish). He is easy-going, and always up for a chat, a laugh and an advice. He is also quite busy with his own stuff, producing film music, giving motivational seminars or developing a concept for a new app. I am studying musicology just finishing my thesis and I work at a yoga studio. We both have a background in djing and electronic music but by now have also found a lot of other interests that keep us busy.
