My room is available for rent for two months starting feb to end March(no later) because im travelling back home.
You will be living with a very cool flatmate, Caro. She is an artist and works part time so is mostly not home during the day.
We are looking for somebody who is clean and will take care of the place like its their own. All the furniture is ofcourse included. Whatever you see in the photos. Your room has access to a balcony aswell. It is important for caro to have a warm shared space. We quite often cook and have dinners together, drink and chat. But at the same time, if we need some private time, thats also cool. So looking for someone with a similar approach to Wg life.
We are short on time and would like to meet people next week and finalize ASAP.

One more very important thing. Since i am travelling i need a negative PCR test atleast 48hours before. Incase that comes out positive, the contract will then be signed after 14days once the quarantine period is over. So the dates will move to feb 15th- april 15th.
