Die Zimmer liegen im 1.OG der Wohnung und sind möbliert. Nr. 1 ist 30qm groß und durch eine Glaswand in zwei Zimmer aufgeteilt (zur zeit teilen sich dies eine Erwachsene Person und Kind). Zimmer Nr. 2 ist 13 qm groß . Beide Zimmer sind durch einen kleinen Flur verbunden und haben ein eigenes Bad. Es könnten sich als auch 3 Leute die Zimmer teilen, aber bequemer ists zu zweit. Mehr Informationen zu den Zimmern oder ein Grundriss können wir auf Nachfrage gerne zumailen.
Beide Zimmer kosten zusammen 900 Euro im Monat. Darin sind alle Nebenkosten enthalten (Strom, Internet, Gemeinschaftsflächen, 15€ Verbrauchsanteil, falls was in der WG kaputt geht, usw.). Dazu kommen 130 Euro pro Person Essenskasse, von der wir fast alles gemeinsam einkaufen.
Die Wohnung:
Die Wohnung hat 280 qm und geht über 2 Etagen, die durch eine Treppe verbunden sind. Es gibt auch einen Aufzug im Haus, die Badezimmer sind barrierearm. Alle Fenster zeigen auf den Innenhof, sind aber gut schallisoliert. Wir haben mehrere Bäder, eine große Wohnküche und ein Wohnzimmer. Außerdem haben wir eine große windgeschützte Terrasse mit viel Platz für Besuch und Hängematten. Unsere Wohnung ist rauchfrei.

The rooms are located on the 1st floor of the apartment. No. 1 is 30sqm and divided by a glass wall into two rooms (currently shared by an adult person and child). No. 2 is 13 sqm in size. Both rooms are connected by a small hallway and have their own bathroom. So there could be three people but it's more comforable for two. More information about the rooms or a floor plan can be emailed upon request.
Both rooms together cost 900 Euro per month. This includes all utilities (electricity, internet, common areas, 15€ consumption share in case something breaks in the WG, etc.). In addition, 130 euros per person food fund, from which we buy almost everything together.
The flat has 280 sqm and spans across 2 floors, which are connected by an indoor staircase. There is also an elevator in the house. The bathrooms are mostly barrier-free. All windows face inwards towards the courtyard, but are well soundproofed. We have several bathrooms, a large eat-in kitchen and a living room. We also have a large wind-protected terrace with plenty of space for visitors and hammocks. Our flat is smoke-free (we occasionally smoke on the balcony).

Ihr lebt in der Zeit mit 6 Erwachsenen zwischen 31 und 38 Jahren und einem Kind (1 Jahr) zusammen. Zusammenleben ist für uns eine Kunst, die eine gemeinsame Essenskasse, gelegentliche Freizeitaktivitäten, eine gute Balance aus Kommunikation, Selbstreflexion & Humor miteinschließt.
Uns ist gutes (bio-) Essen wichtig, Lebensmittel kaufen wir aus einer gemeinsamen Essenskasse (ca. 130€ pro Monat). Bei uns herrscht Kühlschrank-Kommunismus. Alkohol, andere Lieblingsgetränke und Süßigkeiten kauft jede*r selbst. Gemeinsam kochen wir vegetarisch/ vegan.
Manche arbeiten mehr, manche weniger. Uns ist es wichtig eine queerfeministische und rassismuskritische Grundhaltung zu pflegen, im Alltag und auf der Straße. Gerade sind alle, die hier wohnen cis und weiss, manche sind queer. Manche sind politisch organisiert, von arbeitspolitischen Kämpfen über Antirassismus, Feminismus bis Antifa. Andere pflanzen lieber Radieschen, verlieren sich in Büchern oder verbringen viel Zeit am See. Auch wenn wir alle recht verschieden sind und unser eigenes Leben haben, haben wir uns alle gern und nehmen uns Zeit für die Gemeinschaft.

You will live with 6 adults between 31 and 38 years old and one child (1 year old). For us, living together includes shared groceries, occasional social activities, a good balance of communication, self-reflection & humor.
Good (organic) food is important to us, we buy groceries from a common food fund (approx. 130€ per month). We practice fridge communism, whatever is left unattended in the kitchen is up for grabs! Alcohol, other favourite drinks and sweets are bought individually. Together, we cook vegetarian food.
Some work more, some less. We care about maintaining a queer-feminist and racism-critical attitude, in our everyday lives and on the street. Currently all people who live here are white and cis, some are queer. Some are politically organised, from labour struggles over anti-racism, feminism to Antifa. Others prefer to dig in the soil, get lost in books or spend time at the lake. Even though we are all quite different and have our own lives, we like each other and enjoy making time for the community.
Corona:
Als große Gemeinschaft versuchen wir einen respektvollen und verantwortungsvollen Umgang mit Corona zu haben, uns dabei aber nicht komplett isolieren. Alle Erwachsenen sind geboostert.
