The room is part of a shared flat consisting of 2 rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and a balcony, The two rooms are separated from each other by a small hallway. The bigger room - which is meant as a Salon or living room - leads to the kitchen. The other small room would be yours to live in. It is unfurnished but has a nice cut. I have stayed in this room before but now I prefer the proximity to the kitchen. if you are a passionate cook I would not mind you passing through the orom and having dinner at the dinner table - maybe together - in my room. Of course i would want to communicate openly about the privacy aspect of this. Maybe we can implement a traffic light system lol. I am open to creative ideas but old school talking would also work for me.
The appartement is located in Reuterkiez near Hermannplatz. It is if you may so in the heart of Neukölln in a more quiet street. It is dangerously clsoe to all the bars, clubs and art galleryS or restaurants. If you know the area a bit, you know.
If you donot know it - it is nice.
What I am looking for in a roommate is somebody quiet - not quiet in a way that they are not talking but in a way in which they treat things and people calm and respectfully. I am open to high or low energy people because I also have both of them in me. I am generally very social and outgoing but at home I do like to get some rest. Having a rest can also mean sitting at home together with a drink and passing out drunk by 11pm. I donot mind either if you like to take your space and time for yourself.
Interest-wise i am very into books and reading but also like to go out an dance. I am very musical meaning I cannot hit a note or read them but definitely passionate about listening to stuff and discovering new stuff I have a weakness for 2000s Euro trash. Maybe you can relate. If not that is also fine
