Für unsere Zweier-WG mit Katze suchen wir eine:n Zwischenmieter:in von Ende Februar bis Anfang April. Roman wird diese Zeit in Wien Theater machen, während Ulrike (Sängerin) in Berlin bleibt.
Unsere schöne Altbauwohnung ist sehr verkehrsgünstig in der Nähe vom S+U Neukölln gelegen und voll ausgestattet. Das zu vermietende Doppelzimmer hat zwei Balkone (eher am Abend gemütlich, wegen des Verkehrs) und die typisch hohe 4-Meter-Decke einer Bél-Etage aus den Zeiten, als Neukölln noch ein Luxusbezirk war. Zur Verfügung stehen Schreibtisch, Couch, Klavier und alles, was man für gemütlich Leben braucht.

We are looking for an interim tenant for our two-person flat-share with cat from the end of February till beginning of April. Roman will spend this time doing theatre in Vienna, while Ulrike (singer) will stay in Berlin.
Our beautiful flat in an old building is conveniently located near the S+U Neukölln and fully equipped. The double room for rent has two balconies (more cosy in the evening, because of the traffic) and the typical high 4-metre ceiling of a Bél Etage from the times when Neukölln was still a luxury district. A desk, couch, piano, and everything one needs for cozy living are available.
Alles von Lidl bis Kaufland ist in fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Eine Auswahl von etwa 97 Spätis ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wer die Berliner Dönercuisine probieren möchte, this is the place to be! Der nächste Park ist der Körnerpark, eine echte Oase mit der besten Pizza der Stadt direkt daneben.

Everything from Lidl to Kaufland can be reached in five minutes. A selection of about 97 Spätis is within walking distance. If you want to try the Berlin Döner-cuisine, this is the place to be! The nearest park is Körnerpark, a real oasis with the best pizza in town right next door.
Katze MauMau ist wahnsinnig gut darin, dich zu überreden, ihr Futter zu geben. Ansonsten ist das Leben ruhig, mit koreanischen Kochabenden, viel Kaffee und noch mehr Lachen.

Cat MauMau is insanely good at persuading you to give her food. Otherwise, life is a quiet one, with Korean cookouts, lots of coffee and even more laughter.
Ich bin sicher, dass du ein netter Mensch bist! Wir heißen LGBTQI+ Menschen und internationale Gäste willkommen. Und alle anderen :) Die Einzugstermine sind flexibel, aber du solltest länger als zwei Wochen hier sein. Der Tagessatz liegt bei etwa 22€, wobei sich die Monatsmiete auf 30 Tage bezieht.
