The flat is vegetarian apartment and is available from March 1st to May 31st, 2022 (3 months). I’m going home to visit my family for a few months and looking for someone respectful and considerate to take my room for the whole period. The room is only for one person (no couples) and pets are not allowed in the flat.
The room has a beautiful large window that overlooks a tree in the courtyard. A couch and a large desk sit right next to the window which gets lots of sunlight. There is a double bed with some storage room underneath it. There is a clothing rack for your clothes and bedding/sheets will be provided. Beside the bed is a bookshelf with a reading lamp.
There is a cute little wooden table for meals attached to the kitchen wall that folds down. The oven has been newly replaced and is great for baking! The kitchen has lots of surface area for cooking and preparing meals.
The room is 580 Euro per month.
The Kaution is 600.

Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer vegetarischen Wohnung und ist vom 1. März bis 31. Mai 2022 (3 Monate) verfügbar. Ich gehe nach Hause, um meine Familie für ein paar Monate zu besuchen und suche jemanden, der respektvoll und rücksichtsvoll ist, um mein Zimmer für den gesamten Zeitraum zu nehmen. Das Zimmer ist nur für eine Person (keine Paare) und Haustiere sind in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt.
Das Zimmer hat ein schönes großes Fenster mit Blick auf einen Baum im Innenhof. Eine Couch und ein großer Schreibtisch stehen direkt neben dem Fenster, das viel Sonnenlicht abbekommt. Es gibt ein Doppelbett mit etwas Stauraum unter dem Bett. Es gibt einen Kleiderständer für Ihre Kleidung und Bettzeug/Bettwäsche wird gestellt. Neben dem Bett steht ein Bücherregal mit einer Leselampe.
An der Küchenwand befindet sich ein süßer Holztisch für die Mahlzeiten. Der Backofen wurde erst kürzlich erneuert und eignet sich hervorragend zum Backen! Die Küche hat viel Fläche zum Kochen und Zubereiten von Mahlzeiten.
Das Zimmer kostet 580 Euro pro Monat. Die Kaution ist 600 Euro. Anmeldung nicht möglich. ****

The apartment is in the heart of Kreuzkölln right next to Hasenheide park. Hermannplatz is a 2 minute walk (entrance is directly at the end of the street) and is connected to the U7 and U8 lines. Tempelhof is a short walk away (about 10 minutes) and the canal is not too far either (about a 15 minute walk). There are plenty of great restaurants and bars in the area and there is even a co-working cafe right across the street from our building for when you’re tired of working from home and want to switch it up!

Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Kreuzkölln, direkt neben dem Park Hasenheide. Der Hermannplatz ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (der Eingang befindet sich direkt am Ende der Straße) und ist mit den Linien U7 und U8 verbunden. Tempelhof ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt (ca. 10 Minuten) und der Kanal ist auch nicht weit (ca. 15 Minuten). Es gibt viele tolle Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung und es gibt sogar ein Co-Working-Café direkt gegenüber von unserem Gebäude, wenn du es leid bist, von zu Hause aus zu arbeiten und etwas Abwechslung suchen!

The flat is a mini-bachelor apartment and the bedroom and kitchen are in the same room. It's not a WG, but the flat is only for one person and it comes furnished. Please write that you have read and understand this.

Die Wohnung ist eine Mini-Bachelor-Wohnung und das Schlafzimmer und die Küche befinden sich im selben Raum. Es ist keine WG, aber die Wohnung ist nur für eine Person und wird möbliert geliefert. Bitte schreiben in dein Mail das du hast dieses gelesen und versteht es!
