Ich suche eine/n Mitbewohner*in für eine schöne Wohnung auf Zeit, vom 1. April bis zum 30. Juni, mit der Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass der Vertrag verlängert wird - obwohl dies noch nicht bestätigt wurde und ich es nicht versprechen kann. Wir würden das große Wohnzimmer auf dem Bild in ein Schlafzimmer umwandeln, ich könnte bei Bedarf eine Matratze zur Verfügung stellen. Es gibt ein weiteres Schlafzimmer, in dem ich mich aufhalten werde, eine Küche mit allem, was man braucht und ein Badezimmer.

I am looking for a housemate for a beautiful temporary flat, from the 1st of April to the 30th of June, with likelyhood that the contract will be extended - though this hasn't been confirmed yet and I cannot promise it.
We would be turning the big living room in the picture in a bedroom, I could provide a mattress if needed. There is another bedroom , where I will be staying, a kitchen with everything one needs and a bathroom.
Die Wohnung liegt in Neukölln am Ende der Weserstraße, ziemlich genau an der Ecke zur Treptower Str., das ist gleich um die Ecke mit dem schönen Richardkiez. Die Sonnenallee S Bahn ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und auf der Sonnenallee gibt es viele Busse um die Ecke. Die Karl-Marx-Straße (U7) ist auch nur 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Der Kanal ist auch gleich um die Ecke!

The flat is located in Neukölln at the end of Weserstrasse, pretty much at the corner with Treptower Str., this is round the corner with the beautiful Richardkiez. Sonnenallee S Bahn is a 5' walk and there's plenty of buses just round the corner on Sonnenallee. Karl Marx Str (U7) is also a 10' walk. The canal is also round the corner!
Du würdest mit mir zusammen wohnen: Ich bin 35 Jahre alt, studiere Lehramt an der HU und arbeite als Erzieherin in einer Kita. Meine Partytage sind vorbei, ich suche jemanden, mit dem ich ein ruhiges Zuhause haben kann :) Bei mir ist jede zweite Woche das süßeste Hündchen aller Zeiten, das ich als Co-Elternteil habe (siehe Bild). Sie ist mega chill, bellt nicht, schläft und kuschelt viel.
Jedes Geschlecht und jede sexuelle Orientierung sind willkommen. Hunde sind auch willkommen (leider denkt meine Hündin, dass sie Katzen fangen kann, also wäre eine Person mit einer Katze not a good match).

You would be sharing with me: I am 35 years old, study Lehramt at the HU and work as an educator in a Kita. My party days are over, I am looking for someone chill to have a peaceful home with :) With me every second week is the cutest doggo ever, who I am co-parenting (see picture). She is mega chill, does not bark, sleeps and cuddles loads.
Any gender and sexual orientation are welcome. Dogs are also welcome (sadly my doggo thinks she can catch cats, so a person with a cat would not be a good match).
Es wird einen Untermietvertrag mit mir geben (ich bin selbst Untermieter vom Hauptmieter) und 250 Euro Kaution.
Wichtig: Im Moment ist es nicht möglich, die Wohnung persönlich zu besichtigen, da der Hauptmieter im Ausland ist. Ich kann aber ein Video schicken, und natürlich bezahlt man Miete und Kaution, wenn wir einziehen.

There will be a sublet contract with me (I am myself subletting from the main tenant) and 250 euro security deposit.
Important: at the moment it is not possible to visit the apartment in person as the main tenant is abroad. I can send you a video though, and of course you would pay for rent and deposit when we move in.
