I am renting my beautiful two rooms in our queer WG near Hermannstraße. I have separated my working / living room area from my bedroom, so you get to have two rooms all to yourself! The first one is where I spend my days, working or studying and the other room is only for sleeping. The dayroom also includes a small balcony. The apartment has a very spacious kitchen and bathroom that you will share with my current flatmate for starters and then with the person that will sublet her room.
The sublet will be for 3 month minimum, starting from 15th of November with the possibility of an extension up to 6 months. The above mentioned price is the rent for 1 month.
Anmeldung is unfortunately not possible, since this is a short term sublet.
The apartment is located very close to Tempelhofer Feld, 10 mins on foot from U+SBahn Station Hermannstraße. There is also a bus station 2 mins from our place so you get to reach Charlottenburg and Schöneberg very quickly. Südkreuz is 15 mins away with the bus.
The area is super quiet and offers nice walks around, either to one direction towards the field and Hassenheide or the other way towards Grenzalle and Britz. There is a REWE and Lidl just down the street and the nearest dm and Apotheke is by Hermannstraße so you have everything you need in close distance.
We pride ourselves in being a very friendly, queer and politically active WG, but we don't consider ourselves a party flat so one of the most important things is to keep quiet during your stay here. There is absolutely zero tolerance towards drug use inside the apartment and towards racism, sexism, transphobia or homophobia.
It is also super important that the common areas of the flat are kept clean and that you can find a common cleaning plan with my roommate so that the apartment is most of the time at a good state.
Priority will be given to women and femme-representing, queer, trans and non-binary people as well as black and/or people of color.
