Vermietet werden ein schönes großes (26 qm) Zimmer mit Hochebene und Blick auf den Landwehrkanal und ein kleines Schlafzimmer (9qm), was zum ruhigen Innenhof rausgeht.
Die Küche ist soweit gut ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank, Tisch und Stühlen.
Eine Waschmaschine gibt es nicht, aber ein Waschcenter befindet sich um die Ecke.
Die Ubahnstation Schönleinstr ist 7 Minuten entfernt. Vor der Haustür gibt es viele schöne Cafés, Restaurants und Bars. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 5 Minuten entfernt.
Den Landwehrkanal kann man vom Fenster aus sehen.
Wir sind drei Freundinnen, die die Wohnung für den Zeitraum nur ab und an bewohnen werden. Und meistens auch nicht gleichzeitig. Das Zimmer, was nicht untervermietet wird, werden wir hauptsächlich tagsüber unter der Woche für Homeoffice benutzen, aber auch mal dort schlafen.
